The constraint
No vehicle of any size reaches Kashi Vishwanath. Everyone stops at Godowlia and walks about ten minutes through Vishwanath Gali. The same applies at Dashashwamedh for the evening aarti. Plan the walking, especially with elders.
Worth knowing
The 8-hour package is enough for one half of the city
Kashi Vishwanath, Kaal Bhairav and the evening aarti fills eight hours on its own once the queue is counted. Sarnath wants its own half day.
Which stops the vehicle actually reaches
Sankat Mochan, Durga Kund, Tulsi Manas and Sarnath all have direct parking. Kashi Vishwanath, Annapurna and the ghats are walk-in from Godowlia.
Extra hours are cheaper than a second booking
If the day runs long, extending the same package costs less than booking a fresh vehicle for the evening.
