Corporate and conference travel
Corporate bookings fail differently from leisure ones: the cost matters less than predictability, documentation and the vehicle not embarrassing the host. All three are easier when the rate card is published and the invoice matches it.

What is included
- GST invoice with each component itemised — vehicle, driver, toll, parking, permit
- Consolidated monthly billing for repeat bookings
- Same driver across a multi-day visit where possible
- Vehicles presented clean, with the delegate list handled by one coordinator
The constraint
We do not hold vehicles on unbilled standby indefinitely. A vehicle reserved for a delegation is committed to it, so a day it barely moves still bills as a day — that is the trade for guaranteed availability.
Worth knowing
Book the Urbania for client-facing legs
A Force Urbania at ₹30/km against a tempo traveller's ₹23 is about ₹1,750 more on a 250 km day — roughly ₹106 a head across seventeen. For a client pickup that is not the place to economise.
Conference transfers want one large vehicle, not four cabs
Four Crystas arriving separately at a venue is four arrivals to manage. A 20-seater is one.
Tell us the flight numbers
For delegate pickups we track the flights. Two delegates landing an hour apart is a solvable problem if we know in advance and an expensive one if we do not.
Questions
- Do you provide GST invoices for corporate bookings?
- Yes, with each component itemised separately — vehicle, driver allowance, toll, parking and state permit — so the expense can be reconciled line by line rather than as one figure.
- Which vehicle suits client and executive travel in Varanasi?
- A Force Urbania at ₹30/km for groups up to seventeen, or the 9-seat Maharaja Urbania lounge at ₹37/km for a small senior party. Both have air suspension and a cabin quiet enough to hold a conversation, which a standard tempo traveller does not.
- Can we book vehicles for a multi-day conference?
- Yes, and multi-day bookings carry the driver allowance for each day the vehicle is committed, including days it barely moves. That is the cost of guaranteed availability rather than a booking fee.
Tell us the job, not the vehicle
Dates, how many people and where you need to be. We will say which vehicle fits and what it costs off the published card.
Other things we do
Airport transfers
26 km from Babatpur to the ghats, at a fixed fare that does not move.
Wedding transport
Buses are the cheapest seat you can buy. The hard part is where they park.
Local sightseeing packages
Priced by the hour, because a day inside Varanasi is mostly not driving.
Outstation trips
Per-kilometre rates with the 250 km/day minimum explained, not buried.
